Fluffy Spider Technologies Joins ARM Connected Community

For Immediate Release

Brings Revolutionary Autonomous User Interface Technology to Global ARM Ecosystem

Sydney, Australia, 28 September, 2010 Fluffy Spider Technologies (FST), global provider of enhanced user interface technology for embedded systems, today announced membership in the ARM® Connected Community®, the industry's largest ecosystem of ARM technology-based products and services. As part of the ARM Connected Community, Fluffy Spider Technologies will gain access to a full range of resources to help in marketing and deploying innovative solutions to help developers to get ARM Powered® products to market faster.

Fluffy Spider Technologies' award-winning user FancyPants® interface framework for consumer electronics and multimedia devices is now available and optimized for ARM-based devices and systems. The latest version of this multimedia applications framework separates user interfaces from the applications that use them through scriptable Autonomous User Interface (AUI) technology. This revolutionary approach to UI design and implementation goes beyond the custom themes, icon sets and color schemes common on many consumer electronics, mobile phones and other intelligent devices, by delivering complete control of the end user experience to developers, integrators and other ecosystem participants.

Fluffy Spider was also recently selected as one of the AlwaysOn Global 250 winners for 2010.

“Fluffy Spider success to date is the result of years of research and development of cutting-edge user experience technology,” said Robi Karp, FST CEO. “By bringing our advanced FancyPants graphics engine and application creation tools to ARM, we offer significant advantage to ARM ecosystem partners and ARM processor-based products.”

The ARM Connected Community is a global network of companies aligned to provide a complete solution, from design to manufacture and end use, for products based on the ARM architecture. ARM offers a variety of resources to Community members, including promotional programs and peer-networking opportunities that enable a variety of ARM Partners to come together to provide end-to-end customer solutions. Visitors to the ARM Connected Community have the ability to contact members directly through the website.

“The Connected Community is all about companies working together to provide the most complete solutions in the shortest possible time. By joining the Community, which now comprises more than 725 companies, Fluffy Spider Technologies increases the large portfolio of skills, products and services that are centered around the ARM architecture, which are currently available to developers worldwide,” said Lori Kate Smith, partnership marketing manager for ARM.
